Don't get excited. He probably accidentally hit the "erase" button on his memory which is normally used to delete good things, and now he has forgotten that you are a good thing. These robots have a way, also, of returning to "Charming" when they are either feeling powerless or bored.
Believe me, I am not excited. I was just surprised.
