Lucky A892923 – 4 yr. neutered Chihuhaha.  Surrendered twice for biting / aggression…needs an experienced placement. 14.5 pounds
 
Does not like toys, food, rawhide touched, shows resource guarding….he allows handling at times but then may bite out of fear other times.
