More Bang For Your Buck

Instead of laying off teachers, schools should be laying off administrators. The last ones in should be the first ones let go. Most are so inexperienced they don't have a clue as to what to do. They could all be replaced by an experienced teacher coordinator. At least two teachers, possibly more, could be saved for every admin. Think how the kids could benefit with more bodies in the classroom.

Instead of excessing teachers so they can draw full salary as ATRs, anyone with half a brain would send them to teach kids and reduce class sizes. Too bad no one with nearly that much brain power can find a job at Tweed.

Put two teachers ( if they are compatible ) in one class. Especially 9th grade or a repeater group. Much more learning should be accomplished. One could be an ATR. Same license of course
