POD:You forgot. According to the DOE as long as they are cheap and leave (or deported) within five years. The DOE wlcomes them to tech our students.Remember it is children last and education on the cheap.

oops! Sorry about the typos. Doesn't the DOE make arrangements to hire them when they finish their training?
