Senior Teachers Should Know Better
All teachers, but especially the senior ones should know not to say anything at a faculty conference that will keep it going on for an extended amount of time.
I agree. When I was a "newbie" I asked a question and the teachers around me gave me such dirty looks that I never asked a question again at a end of day meeting.

They should also know better than to wake up so early. Clearly you and I have much to learn.
