There was a Suit supervisor walking around the blood center while I donated this morning. She seemed nice, her staff seemed to like her, but that black suit with the crisp white shirt made me nervous. I got up to leave to soon and of course, got dizzy and had to go back and lie down again.
I shouldn't really blame her, I often have a bad reaction when I donate blood. I can't donate when my school has their blood drives for this very reason. I don't want to embarrass myself by passing out in front of a bunch of high school kids, I want to be able to finish the teaching day and I don't want to take a donation spot away from a kid who is donating for the first time.
Still, I don't like suits and like the idea of blaming this one.
