Ineffective Administrator Moved On Instead of Out
Instead of removing her from the job she is incapable of doing well, she is in a new assignment, creating havoc and destroying the morale of once happy little dogs.

Chihuahuas Rampage in Arizona
By Frank Elaridi
Chihuahuas are on the loose in an Arizona neighborhood and flooding animal control offices with reports of the roaming strays.
The short-legged dogs have infested Maryvale, a section of Phoenix.

Animal control are having a rough time unleashing officers to patrol the area due to the unusually high number of calls, sometimes a dozen at one time.
“We compared the number of calls we got in 2013 from that area to similar areas in town and the calls from Maryvale were three times higher than surrounding areas,” said Melissa Gable with Maricopa County Animal Care and Control. ”Part of it is these animals aren’t spayed or neutered, so they’re out looking for a mate and are having babies, which also contributes to the problem.”
Chihuahuas are one of the most common breeds found in animal shelters, according to animal control.
“If at all possible, if you see a stray, if you can safely contain him in your yard and then call us, that makes a big difference. Because people are calling saying, ‘hey I see a stray’ by the time we get there, it’s gone, it slips under the fence, and we can’t find it. ” Gable said. “Do that, because it’s helping us come out and get the dogs.”
Maricopa Animal Care and Control will spay and neuter dogs at no charge. They also plan to visit Maryvale in the summer to provide the service for residents.
A former colleague who knows how much I love chihuahuas sent me this article. Too bad we can't call animal control on the ones running around here. They certainly can use spaying and neutering.

ROFL
Newsflash: The Chihuahua is not one person, she is many people. She is the incompetent AP, she is the evil Principal and she is the squeaky little manager of a bar I like to attend. She represents teachers I have had, teachers my children have had and teachers I have worked with. She is the nasty store clerk, the miserable cashier and the bus driver who waves as he leaves people in the street waiting.
Wonder how many others will see themselves in the Chihuahua and go away laughing.

Least Intelligent Canine
The friend who sent this has quite a bit of chihuahua experience. She is familiar with the yapping. She has spent hours cleaning up yellow puddles and brown packages the chihuahua leaves all over the place. The chihuahua has not gotten the hang of doing her business the the correct place. She knows this survey is quite accurate.

Auditors Are Coming
Little Chihuahua didn't know what to do. He quickly went to the pantry and started sorting out everything that was left He knew he had to fill the big empty spot. He prayed the auditors would not know about the new dog biscuit contract and worried they would find out about the perks he was given when he signed it.
On top of everything else, this was the year he was due to get tenure and guaranteed job security and things were not going his way. He had worked hard, getting others to work for him and to take the blame when things did not go well, and now all that scheming and planning might be for naught.
Little Chihuahua stopped roaming the halls and yapping at everyone. He sat behind his desk and worried. Wrinkles grew on his face and his hair slowly turned white.
(Story is a work of fiction, based on stuff I have read in the newspaper and stories from many different work places around the country.)

The Dogs Are Organizing
Anyway, little Chihuahua got wind of the many of the secret meetings the dogs were holding. She feared, as she should, they were plotting to get rid of her. They had the evidence and just needed a way to present it effectively. She knew she had to do something to protect her lucrative position.
Currrently Little Chihuahua is searching for a way to stop these meetings. At the very least, she is looking for a little pup to infiltrate for her and give her inside information on all that is going on in them.

The Chihuahua with Grinch Genes
There was one office that had no holiday cheer this year. The Chihuahua refused to recognize those who gave so much to keep her in her position. There was no food, not even water and a few Kibbles and Bits. There were no cards or e-mails. The Chihuahua just sat behind her desk scowling and making sure no one tried to have any sort of celebration or left early.
As the little dogs in her department left for the day, Chihuahua got up to give them a final message.
"Rest up my little ones for when you return, the real work begins. I have lots more ideas to keep this department on top and you better be ready to carry them out. If not, I have the power to make your lives miserable and I will not hesitate to use it. Remember your lives and your careers depend entirely on me. Now, hand over the gifts you bought me and get out of here."

Scared Little Chihuahua
Little Chihuahua is sitting at home crying her eyes out. Her boss and her protector, the Bull Dog has gotten a promotion and will be moving to a new kennel. He put up with her incompetence. Heaven only knows why. She is afraid her new boss will not be so tolerant. She is afraid she might actually have to work. And, she is most afraid her lack of knowledge, her inability to get along with others and her stupidity will no longer be tolerated. She is afraid her hatred of the young pups she is in charge of will come through. The dogs in the kennel are hopeful that she will not survive. They want a leader that can do more than yelp and stare blankly at them. They want a leader with a brain and a heart.

Little Chihuahua Doing What It Takes To Get Ahead
Here is little Chihuahua doing what she does best, licking the feet of the man who her future depends upon. The feet smell, but she doesn't care. She will anything to move ahead, even things that she claims repulse her.
