Missed Graduation

It was a big deal, a really big deal.  The special ed students finally passed all their exams.  A special graduation ceremony was held in their honor.  Two of their teachers, both retired came to honor and applaud them.  The students were thrilled to see their former teachers and the teachers were so proud of what the students accomplished.

Too bad the administrators, the ones who will really benefit by having their stats improved did not bother to show up.  They didn't appreciate the work both by the students and their teachers did to reach this pinnacle of education.  They are probably just happy these kids are gone.  They think-two less burdens to deal with.

You are so right administrators are ony concerned with numbers and then they wonder why these students always return to see their teachers. SIMPLY STATE TEACHERS TREAT STUDENT LIKE HUMAN BEINGS. ADMINISTRATORS TREAT STUDENT LIKE STATS

Every student deserves to be treated with dignity by EVERYONE, but the past few years only the teachers have appeared to be aware that these students deserved respect. Congratulations to the graduates!!

Does not surprise me. She doesn't show up to retirement parties (even when she's invited). The girl is in over her head and no one is going to unseat her. Shame on the former administrator for hiring her in the first place!
