Love this. I plan to print it out, enlarge it and post it in the teachers' lounge.
Reading it made me think of how a person may perceive it. If you are moving up the ranks, you'll get to be less of a shithead and more of an asshole. I say this because of all the TFA teachers who teach for two years and then become principals, administrators, deputy chancellors, blah, blah!
