Gotta do it.

I teach in a very small high school in southern Ohio and when I feel like complaining about the stuff that happens there, I read your blog and realize I have it made in the shade. What a book you could write!

As I said elsewhere, I have this gut feeling that 42 will equate to a 65. I doubt that many with a raw score under low 50's would be able to handle the third year. We'll get one section out of three this term.

I'm hoping for a 40 cut off.

I have a little over 70% of my repeater classes that would pass if this is the grade. Overall, my school has 86% passing with a 40 and 80% passing with a 42.

Have to discuss your strategies some time. Worth a lunch at New Royal Coach Diner.

where is that diner? It's not one I've ever heard of.

East of Evander; Gun Hill and Post Road. Sorry, guess you haven't returned to the scene recently.

I know where that is--I just didn't know its name.
