This Hurts

My 12 ounce bottle of beer is now only 11.2 ounces.

Oh, now that's just wrong.

There was a silly song years ago called "One Toke Over the Line." Maybe that half-ounce will keep you one sip under the line. Of course if you want to be one sip over the line, you'll have to drink a whole nother bottle, which could change your entire outlook.

Did you know they now fill propane tanks to only 80% capacity and charge the same price? Also, they're creating new so-called IMAX theaters with 20 foot screens instead of 72 foot screens.

It's a plague is what it is.

It's .8 of an ounce, which is .3 more than half an ounce, but NYC Ed, I know you never cared much for math.

They are cutting back on everything but I never thought it would hit my beer.

They are doing the same thing with ice cream! You think you're buying a half-gallon (since the price *has* one up), but it's really like .375 ! What a rip.

Don't start me on ice cream--I've been bitching about that for years.

Let's not forget what was done to coffee containers. The containers that look like they hold 16 oz. are only 11 or 12 oz. and the other day I spotted a 10 oz. coffee can.

I wrote a post about that a while ago. Coffee is bad, but beer is worse. I want my 12 oz beer back.
