We will get the more experienced teachers or good teachers to teach the students who are not quite ready.

Possibly some of the newbies are not living up to expectations?
I took it to mean the opposite--as if teachers senior teachers are not also good teachers. Either way, another example of his poor communication skills.
I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. This is the most positive thing I have seen about senior teachers in a long time.
The AP of our SS department also declared that the new teachers will teach American HIstory while the senior teachers will have to teach Global....it was always the other way around!
