I wish your staff (The Real Teachers of New York City) would show their outrage in front of the next UFT Delegate Assembly meeting since those "so-called" teachers that are allowed to attend and vote are just zombies who follow the dictates of Unity.
FYI there will be no DA meeting this month. Rather, there is a demonstration in front of City Hall at 4 PM next Wednesday June 16th. On this day we will tell the mayor not to cut education, not to excess teachers, not to allow class sizes to go up, and not to lay off anyone working in education.
I'd ask you on this day to forget Unity, and to stand with us for something we can all agree on.
The rally is one thing, but standing up to Unity is just as important. If after this rally, Mulgrew agrees to more givebacks then can the angry mob show up for the September DA meeting????
