Struggling to learn how to bid in bridge. Moving left when you are supposed to be moving right in Zumba. Throwing an arm when you should be lifting a foot in kick boxing. Having that straight line you are trying to draw come out crooked.Being unable to succeed--something some kids deal with every single day. Everyone needs to experience this frustation to better understand what their students are going through.

and unfortunately the frustration level for many students are probably much higher than ever. I do not know what the frustration level for high school students are since I do not work with that age group.
I can say after working with 4,5 and 6 year olds for 10+ years, the new inappropriate requirements that being forced upon these little darlings are causing major frustration with learning. (I am pretty sure there will be some misdiagnosis of children who people think have special needs when in fact, it is just the work which is too basic). When frustration levels are too high, this causes students to act out which also causes behavioral disruptions.
I agree. :)
I am glad to know that you are still blogging. :)
Totally agree with you. It's important that people understand the same frustrations students feel.
And I am very surprised you of all people are not getting the bidding. It's all so mathematical by number of points, but it confuses the hell out of me.
I can play the game because you have to count the cards and remember what was played. I can do that, but as I get older, I forget.
I'm not playing bridge--I'm talking about friends. I don't enjoy game playing.
