My colleague's AP said "In a few years, when all you senior teachers are gone, I will finally have the kind of department I want."
Teachers better not lose seniority rights with administrators like this around.

Is this AP planning on NOT aging along with you and your colleagues? What kind of department is this AP looking for? What kind of person is this AP? There's a ring of insanity to this statement.
The students taught by the teachers in "her kind of department" will be the ones taking care of her in her old age. BWAH_HAH HAH HAH!!!!!
