Creativity In The Kitchen

I bought these to go in soup and they were pretty bad. No one would eat them. I was about to toss them and then I thought.. I could use it as breading.
Although I hate to cook, I am addicted to the Food Network. One of my favorite shows, Chopped, uses strange ingredients in creative ways and while my ingredients are different, the ideas I've gotten from these shows is now.
It's nice to be off from work and have time to experiment.

I experiment a lot, too. Today I experimented with a crockpot ham and left out a main ingredient in the glaze - the brown sugar. Next time, I'm starting the coffee first.

Hi there,

I'm not really a lurker but since I read you in my feed reader I don't always comment (I suck).

BUT...I thought I'd take the opportunity to wish you a Chag Kosher V'Sameach!

I planned poorly and took two days off BEFORE the holiday to clean (we're pretty strict) and now find myself going back to the classroom tomorrow like a BAD Jew. Got my lunch o' matzah and eggs and cheese and all things blah at this point, ready to go :)

Thank you, same to you.

I cleaned as best as I could before the holiday. I change dishes, pots, and cover counters but I am not fanatic. We are off until Wed
