This one has online quizzes; maybe your students would do them at home if they had computers. So many of mine don't have computers but I do have a computer lab right down the hall. Also, if you change the last digit of the year in the test site I sent you, it is a different test, from 2000 to 2006.

I really and truely had a student give me this answer for "Find X" a few years ago!

too many formulas and tricks
not enough thinking

wait until you see the conversion

I'm counting on the low conversion mixed with problems I know they can do!
One thing I have learned well is how to teach to the test.
Doesn't this kid get partial credit for finding the X??? I know Suit would give this kid a passing grade.

Wow. That test is way harder than ours. It also covers many more areas.

Can I be invited to the new blog also?
Thanks for your site. I'm going to pull problems off of it for my classes.
Our exam might be more difficult but the passing cut off will be very low, I can guarantee that.
Send me your e-mail so i can invite you.
My e-mail is in my profile
