This poor girl is covered by Germany's universal health care system, one of the best in the world. In spite of this, Germany spends half of the amount per person that is spent in the United States per person for health care. The system was nationalized by the "Iron Chancellor" Otto von Bismarck. This poor girl has access to some of the world's best dental care as well, and nursing homes and MRI's when necessary. She may indeed be hard working at her sausage job, but is respected by the health care system and doesn't have to jump through hoops to get decent medical care. Her body is not for sale the way ours are here in the US, where there is a price on our heads, literally.
