Principal Suit walked a Wanna Be Suitette around the building today.
I didn't have the opportunity to meet her, but others did.
Here are some of the comments:
"She's so pretty."
"She dresses well."
"She seems so nice."
The teachers that made these comments are already in love with her and hope she gets the job.
I know I am a cynic. You need more than the three things above to make me think you are qualified for the job. If that is all you need, the guy in the picture can handle the job quite well.

The guy in the picture actually only has 2 of the three, it seems nice, and you might be able to argue it is pretty, but sitting in a pot is hobo clothing!
For G-d's sake these teachers need to stop looking at the exteriors of these so called candidates. She "dresses well" because today was her walk through interview. "She's so pretty". Well, let's see....when did anyone's pretty face alone really get them anywhere? "She seems so nice." Yes, folks, it's an interview and she's on party manners. Let's see if this one is so nice after the wrapping comes off. They're all nice for the first 36 hours, then the honeymoon is over. Ho hum just another day in Principal Suit's little fiefdom.
You have to be naive to even play up to these candidates. Everybody is on their best behavior for job interviews. The only read you can get on these people is if you know people who worked in their current school (if they even have one)or just know them in general. And you never know how New Suit or Suitette is going to react to the power of the principals office even if people tell you good things about them.

Nothing worse than working for women- I refer to our admin. as "the witches of eastwick".
With stupid teachers like that I am better off in da rubber room!
