The "whimps" should know by now they can report something to their CL anonymously. The CL can then investigate and take it up at consultation.
If it is true, the CL should call an emergency meeting of the whole school to implore them to keep track of this nonsense--keep a log with times and dates, etc. and report back to him.
Again, if this is indeed going on, just wearing a UFT shirt does not make a school strong. It has to be done step by step. It takes time to build trust and solidarity.
