Mystery Continues

It's over six weeks and the neighbors are still missing.

We are trying to come up with a scenario as to what could have happened to them?

While the house was being built, they were around every day, supervising every part of the construction.

Who would leave a million dollar house for this amount of time without checking on it unless something is up?

Did they go back to "their country" and have trouble getting back here?

Are they in hiding? Is someone out to get them?

Did something happen to render the house unlivable?

Did they lose the house to a sub prime mortgage?

The mystery grows, as does the ice forming on the side of their house and in their driveway from the leaking water faucet and the newspapers pile up higher and higher.

Hi Pissed, hope you enjoyed your day off. The photo you asked about was taken at a park down by Battery Park. I was there for science training in the summer. I loved that park they had all kinds of cool sculptures.

If this is a quiz, I say "All of the Above.

They probably used future investment to pay for this house and now can't meet the payments.

No one is going to buy it in the condition it's in and the way you described it unless they have money to launder.

The property will probably go to a developer for multiple units. That is what is happening to some wonderful one-family houses in my area.

Luckily my neighborhood is only zoned for single family dwellings so the multiple units won't happen.

I can't see anyone buying it either. The water leaking is running into the cracks between the driveway and sidewalk. When it freezes, the whle thing will crack.
