You take the best pictures! I would definitely call this cause for concern.
I give you a lot of credit. I wouldn't have stopped to take a picture, I would have been running down the street as fast as I could!

It's really not that bad. I wouldn't live anywhere else.
Well, it was getting close to the 4th, so I imagine there was a high alert. This is after all, NYC.
