That's because the one running (and ruining) the meeting has a poverty of both mind and spirit. That person has absolutely nothing to contribute to the transactions of teaching and learning, and is a mean spirited and abusive "leader". This nastiness and lack of empathy will come back to haunt that person, who is so unbelievably delusional about their status and level of achievement as an educational "leader". Those at the meeting come away with less than they arrived with. There is a lack of morality and ethics that is unfortunately valued; leading by fear and intimidation is not leadership at all. Karma will catch up to this small minded bigoted ageist.
