A Day Out

Learned how to do HDR from UFT photo class for retired teachers.

Took these on a class trip to Norman J Levy Preserve in Merrick.

Three photos combined to one and then three separate looks.  Infinite number of looks possible.

Two great teachers--Richie and John

Photo Shop

My husband introduced me to Topaz lab, part of Photo Shop program.  I am addicted.  It is amazing the details this little add-on brings out.  Following pictures were taken in Northport, LI on August 17, 2014 and edited today.

(Actually this one was taken in Huntington)

What I Forgot Over The Summer

Photo shop began today. It is amazing how much a person can forget over the summer, even a person who practiced and used what was learned.

We have homework this time.   We have to make an advertisement using at least two pictures and text.  I remembered how to move photos, and how to re size them, but my first attempt was not very good.  Oh well, at least I'm not being graded on this and my teacher isn't being graded either.  I'll try again tomorrow.

I Love Photo Shop

It is amazing what Photoshop can do.  These pictures would have been deleted without it.
