I have to say that I appreciate my principal so much. She stays out of our way and lets us teach. Now your principal on the other hand...
HMMM get the feeling from your blog that someone has slight issues with their principal (you better hope he never sees your blog) Being a teacher must be so hard without a decent principal backing you up!!
A principal who leaves you alone to do your job is worth more than a good one. Our principal is too clueless to understand that his ideas are not educationally sound.
