Therefore, they are available for proctoring. However, there are other departments who don't mark; I wonder why THEY were not in the reserve room with the ISS teachers. Or why ISS teachers with dual licenses were not only grading regents but were also assigned to the reserve room, which their subject area colleagues were not.
