Catholic schools are closing allover the place. They say it is declining enrollment but we all know the bottom line is money.I visited the Vatican several years ago. The money being spent there to keep the floors clean would be more than enough to send every Roman Catholic child to a Catholic school if it was desired.
(The opulence I saw there sickened me when I thought of all the children here being denied the education they and their parents wanted. My husband was not happy about my giving voice to this topic.)
